Ha so funny at the end of the relationship - I literally said “I’ve learned my lesson.” I identified the game, I knew I put myself in the mess. I let it in, and I had the *power* to step away. I also had the ability to fill whatever was missing within me from within and it took being hurt so badly and having the affection I wanted to receive withheld that I looked at why I felt I needed this person in my life so strongly. I was deeply hurt by my family, no self esteem, self belief. Hated my body. Always earning very conditional love. No confidence. Unaddressed CPTSD - I was the empath. Deeply sensitive, very affected by my early traumas. My parents modeled the narcissist and codependent. I realized this within this bond. I was about to reenact my mother and father’s relationship. Possibly even on a worse scale. My father was a domestic abuser. My mother was a child abuse survivor and then went on to marry another abuser. This relationship deeply hurt me, ripped me to pieces, massive ego death, finally hit rock bottom, and all that was staring back at me was “childhood trauma.” Everywhere I turned, sources said - you need to revisit your childhood. The clues were all there as to why I was targeted by a psychopathic narcissist. I was the sexual ideal, yes. I had been preoccupied with being socially acceptable, doing what everyone else wanted, and never got in touch with the assertive side of me. The side that got angry, possessive, vengeful, the ugly parts. The sexual parts. I always was and am incredibly passionate. I don’t need anybody, that is what I learned. We are all multi-faceted beings with good parts, ugly parts, etc. we’re all more than “good” or “bad.” I absolutely healed and changed through falling into the depths of Hell. Nothing like 8th house synastry. The experience got me into astrology. I said to myself “wtf just happened here?!” The answers were in the stars. It was very fated and made me believe in something greater.

This is so insightful. My Gemini moon sits snug in his 12th conjuncting his Gemini ascendant and his Mars. We’ve only been together three months but already we have transformed one another and helped with healing past relationship trauma. his Capricorn moon is in my 8th house and in conjunction with my Neptune and trine to my 29 degree Libra Pluto, which in turn is in conjunction with his 0 degree Scorpio Sun, Libra Venus and Mercury. At first he was like possessed and later I was. When he withdrew I freaked out and currently we have no contact. Its Not that healthy but i miss him 🫠
