No that's bs. Teach the child how to WORK SMARTER from your struggle and mistakes. You don't have to spoil a child to show them what struggle and adversity is like. Everyone experiences it so it's inevitable. No matter what your child decides to do, they will have to put in the work and fail to be successful. The goal is for your family to improve with every generation not repeat experiences

My oldest started learning a trade at 13. At 16 had a truck he paid in cash for. At 18 he has a credit score of 750 and is buying a house. No red carpet treatment but we set him on the path to success.

Give them money making opportunities around the house. Good grades, yard work, and taking on others chores for money. Give them piggy banks, show them how to budget online with budgeting games, and etc. 🤷🏽‍♀️ You can teach your kids financial literacy easier than ever with the internet. Struggle until you learn teaching is obviously passing down trauama just cuz. We all should be above that now. 💀💕
