I love that every character has a certain sequences of choices that leads them towards the Nightmare (unless they lose a fight along the way). Feels like a True Ending. And you really have to fight for it.

My copy was one that NEVER could save my Chronicles of the Sword progress so I never made it too too far in this mode unfortunately :/ a few times I sat for hours just grinding through chapters to unlock some stuff but I never had the time to finish the whole mode in one sitting so... maybe one day through emulation but I don't really emulate much lol. Thanks for posting so I can finally see all the cutscenes!

Oh man. I remember playing this when I was 15. I unlocked Zasalamel move set and went through this entire mode. I made the edgiest grim reaper looking character. Definitely a Timmy's first deviant art OC kinda thing. Those were simpler.

It's like I'm 13 all over again. I remember buying Soul Calibur III back in 07, during my years in middle school. Love the fact that I could create multiple characters for this specific mode, & the fact that your character gets their own statue at the end. Really gives you a sense of accomplishments. I was a little saddened that I had to defect to the Halteese Republic, after the betrayal of the Grandall Empire though.

I love this cutscenes when you are the warrior right before you created your character I just love it so much they should do more stuff like this
