With the amount of remasters linkin park has it starts to make sense why chester offed himself
Actually Michael was making $2 off every sale of Thriller and to this day no one has had a deal like that.
Industry : - Music. - Food. - Agriculture. - Chemical. - Drugs. - Clothing. - Furniture. - Sport. - Literature. - Culture… Everything that is industrialized is : - lost for the initial maker, - create maximized revenues for the owner/shareholders (not the initial maker) - pollutes its own environment (physically or not) It’s been going on for 200 years. Who STILL doesn’t understand/see it/that ? Problem: Most people work for an industry. So most people close their eyes, shut their mouth and enjoy the few bucks they receive to make the system work.
You cant put MJ and swiftie in the same sentence. Thats blasphemous.
Not even the big artists profit off of this music? Damn, so it's not just the little guys who don't benefit off of this. It's the big artists too.
❤Actually it is the music industry listen to Prince❤
Snoop didn’t expose anything new. People have known this for decades. It is the main reason behind Prince changing his name to a symbol. Don’t put exposed on your video knowing damn well people exposing the industry now means calling out the human trafficking and messed up corrupt higher ups of the industry. Click bait ass mf.
Always remember, they don't really care about us
Concerts and merchandise is where artists make the big time money.
- The system is owned by #ZionistTerr… - The industries - western politicians - celebs - the law - and the currency (petro dollar) cuz they got a hold of the law (now they’re above it) Where’s the best hiding spot for them? Plain sight. - whether MJ slept with kids or not - whether Kelly urinated on them or not - whether Diddy called the hit on Pac and violated men or not Don’t tell me for even a second, that their masters never knew Some celebs actually understood that Islam is the solution FAMOUS REVERTS/CONVERTS TO ISLAM: - #AbuAndrewTate - His best friend - #Sneako - Malcolm X (ra) - Muhammad Ali (ra) - Abdul Malik Abdul Aziz (Mike Tyson) - Dave Chapelle - His brother - His sister - Ice Cube - Lil Jon (2024) (the rapper many forgot) - Jon Jones (UFC fighter & son of a pastor) - Jake Williams (Australian UFC fighter) - Abdul Kareem Abdul Jabbar (Highest scorer in the NBA until Lebron surpassed him) - Napoleon (from Tupac’s clique) - Zilla Fatu (Dwayne Johnson’s nephew from Umaga the late WWE wrestler) - they say Michael Jackson did it too…. Perhaps that’s why they apparently kept him a prisoner in his own home. Might’ve influenced the world to turn to Islam.
I was there at 48th street in new york at the studio where michael recorded thriller. They wanted to record my music but I had to go back to holland cause i had no cash back then in 95
But now with him being the owner of Death Row. I wonder what type of deals he’s going to sign 🤔
No different anywhere. The business owners are the ones taking the risk. Sports, music, retail, automotive... it's a business. If you want to maje the best mobey you can, work for yourself.
This is why people like Taylor Swift deserve praise for her talent and her 🧠 💪.
wtf bro discovered marxism???1!!!!'?!??!??!
You either own the business or you are an employee and have no ground to complain
"Ooga booga, muh fuggin bix nood" - snoop dog probably
TRUE TALK... 😢😢
He payed the price to be da boss
Technology has ruined the music industry. Artists are not making money. Fans get screwed. It was better when you could buy CDs. I can listen to 10-15 songs WITH NO COMMERCIALS AND NO SUBSCRIPTION WITH A MONTHLY FEE.
You can still buy 💿s, it's about us making small but significant decisions 👐. I stopped paying #StopSpotify about 4 years ago, I moved to RUclips Premium and it was the be$t decision.
This is called pimpin
How many times are the record labels going to be "exposed" before something changes? I remember Prince with the word slave on his face. Protesting the record labels theft.
Eye awlweyz wned to bwee a rekid exek but ..
Unpopular opinion, I dont think the artist should make more than the label. Just because labels are taking advantage of their artists doesnt mean the system is deviant. A record labels job is not only singing artists at sub 1%. Its also managing and spreading/organizing the responsibilities to get a project see reality. Labels are basically money sharks with connections that allow you to get exposure fast. Now snoop may of wrote his lyrics, but who produced? Who managed, mixed, mastered, edited, videod, got concerts, mic'd the stages, got the city rights, spent for the musicians, cost of buisness, hotels, venues... you name it, ots alot to manage and a team is needed for that. Thats why an easy way to make money in music is to be rich"moneyshark" and buy percent royalties on a certain product being the song/record sales. So imagine all that. I would think an artist not being MJ or Phil Collins who would have massive royalties on sales due to money or work in project would get 10% maybe 15% royalty, mj bought the beetles royalties lol so he was fucking loaded like 2x Diddy aka billions. But imagine along the lines of Young Thung or Arriana Grande. Good artists who people like but only put the work of lyrics or voice aka the "talent"... a bad contract is like sub 1% or 1% of sales. A fair contract would be around 2-2.5% royalty, A good contract is 3% a great one is 4%+. A crazy good contract aka extrordinary contract is 5% plus.
MJ made $115 Million i think on his OFF THE WALL album, so you know the label made like 1 or 2$ Billion
Change the system!
Wasn't that also the problem Prince had and he wasn't even allowed to publish is new songs because the label claimed he wrote the songs during his contract with them, so his new songs belonged to the label and he could not even use his name, because the name Prince was theirs too. 😮
If Taylor can do it, everybody must be able to do it
Who the fuck shoots a lightsaber battle in close-up handheld
This is straight up facts,
Защо го обвинявате той не е виновен за нищо майкъл е добър човек 😡
I cannot wait to see the truth about everything in Hollywood real soon🤔🤔🤔🤔🤬🤬🤬🤬🌎🌎🌎🤔🤔
Hmm you speak out only when it’s convenient well helps your pay packet… I see you Snoop hopefully the people wake up to and see your true colours. Pretending your Tupac bro and you associate with the people that hit him. I don’t believe a word you say…
Thriller should of been micheal RIP 40%, quincy RIP 40% label 20% i feel for what they each did for it,, problem is the lawyers putting tons of stuff in the contracts which sign a ton of money to label etc, is sad,, tailor sold her masters also, now thats daft, cant really moan after youve done that as it screws u completely
its crazy because she is billionaire now smh imagine if she made the money she supposed to made #mindblowing
❤ if that's true then why do you people keep signing contracts instead of remaining independent?❤
social media. is basically self employment now a days.. let that sync in
If i still made millions, i would not be complaining......
This is why most artists now are indie! (Aka independent)
So is that the real motivation to tour...does the artist get the tour $'s or is it still split up with the label...honest question...
And also MJ bought the Beatles catalog when he finally figured this crap out!!!!!!!
PRINCE was all about this back when he was alive!! He was a champion for Artists rights and the fact that record labels were making all the money off the talent of the artists not the artists themselves!!💜💜💜
But they not the bad guy? Come on Snoop if they aint the bad guy then who is? They.
2 dollars per disk for the triller by jackson woow is not a lot.
Now guess why Prince changed his name to an unpronouncable symbol decades ago. He talked about that sh*** in public as the 1st artist ever. Freedom as an artist, ownership of art and money. I love Snoop but please don't act as if he is the 1st who's standing up
You really didnt need to add in all the other b.s. clips n sounds. That stupid "wooooohhh" That every other kid and your mother are using.
I think there's a problem, the artists needs the label cause the label will spend money when he doesn't have it. When the album dropped and there's much revenue, now the artist thinks he doesn't get enough money. But at least you get some because of the label, without it,u shouldn't be an artist. Now the percentages are to discussed, but the label have to get more money
But, social media and streaming aside, a bunch of popstars could get together and make their own big label which could even produce the hardware music-playing media, give the artists a proper fair cut, and compete with the big boys
Only rich people complain about not getting enough money. The truth is, when they're broke, they themselves sign these contracts because they're happy to get any money. Then they get rich and start feeling "I deserve more"
Yeah that wouldn't be okay
