26 haziran günü saat 8de otele giriş yaptık,standartoda yerine,musaitlik oldugu icin bir tık üstü ile değiştirdiler.ucakla geldiğimiz için sabah ve akşam çıkışta sorun olmadı. yanlış bilgi verildigini, malesef otelde öğrendim.kundu bölgesinde 3 günlüğüne 6750 TL verdiğim otelde klasik pet bardak içecek servis ettiğini,dondurma cesitinin max ve 2tl kornet olduğunu,personel sayısının az olmasından kaynaklı her büfede tek kişi olmasından dolayı sıra beklendiğini,aqua taraftaki wc temizligini söylemek bile istemiyorum.ilk defa bir otele verdiğim paraya cok ama çok üzüldüm.Misafir ilişkilerinden Ferhat bey,personelden mesut, güngör,Abdullah murat ve daha sayamadığım birçok kişi ellerinden gelen herşeyi yaptılar,ama malesef profesyonellikte yanlış kabul edilmez.verdigim fiyatın yarısına aynı kalitede başka otellere gidebilirdim.Sizden ricam telefon ile arayan kişilere,gerçekten konusunda uzman kişiler bilgi versinki,benim gibi insanlar hayalkırıklığına uğramasın.Bunlari yazdığım için çok üzgunüm.ama maaşımin tamamını, 3 günlüğüne yatırıp, buşekilde mutsuz olmak istemezdim.Bu arada lütfen, otel yöneticileri odalarınızdan çıkıp sabah öğle ve akşam yemeğinde ki kuyrukta, o sıcakta ve sinek isirmalari eşliğinde sırada bekleyip,kağıttan çıkan çoğunluğu kirli çatal ve kaşıkla bu kovit döneminde yemek yerseniz cok mutlu olurum.birde üstüne paranızı çöpe attığınızida hayal edin. Çalışanlarinizi düşünmeyi ihmal etmeyin!o otel,o bolgede bu şekilde ayakta duruyorsa personelinize dua edin 😡😡

Very nearly booked to go here for our holiday this year. Was put off in the end by terrible reviews it has recently. The place itself seems fine....however almost everyone comments on the rudeness of the people that go here and with 3 kids we decided on going elsewhere.
You could check Voyage Hotels or Susesi Hotel
If u are coming ower as a family give a try granada luxury or gloria serenity

@@theguys1051 I dont think I did tbh. Since deciding against it I have talked to numerous people who all concur. The resort is lovely. The food is good. All spoilt by people from certain countries being rude/ignorant. Pushing passed children to get to food etc... Certainly didnt sound like somewhere I would want to take my children. All the people I spoke to had been different years and different times of year....so it would be incredibly unlikely that it is mere coincidence.
