I remember Terri on that promo for “Boys will be Boys” and noticing how it was an Asian girl on it. You didn’t really see any Asians on TV unless it was an episode specifically about Asians. A few years later Asian actress Tia Carrere would get the role of the girlfriend in WAYNE’S WORLD. Hope Terri is getting more roles nowadays since roles for Asians have become a thing of the norm. It’s interesting how she mentions she was upset at her mom for not being white. I think this feeling happens to many Hapa people as we are seen as adjacent to white but not white. Hope to see her in a podcast to discuss the challenges of being a middle aged Hapa actress in today’s acting landscape compared to the challenges before.

What doesnt kill you has and still is one of my all time fav movies..and Brian is a great actor as well, he plsys Pat Kelly the mob guy payin them for jobs..he was fantastic, and i especially enjoyed Hawke.. i felt like Ethan looked a lot more like Brain then Mark, but both r fantastic actors

Man i cant believe u dopnt have more of a following brother. I subscribed to both of your media outlets. Looking forward to listening to the back catalog. I wish i was able to get involved in the movies or TV. Even just behind the scenes if not acting. I did almost 2 yrs in prison in my mid twenties, as well as ahorter bids here and there. But i havent been in jail in amlost a decade. When my daughter was born i knew i had to change so i could b there. I was driving around hookers n giving guys beatings when they didnt pay, doing n selling blow all night long while my pregnant gf is sitting at home alone..like jesus christ wtf right? Sitting in trap houses warching ppl stab eachother n a guy trying to cut another dudes arm off on my kitchen table?!😅 sorry all i can do is laugh now cause that was just life then, but i realize the insanity now.. i remember sitting there warching this chick ahooting up a guy in the neck in the hallway, and askin her to do me next. That was the lowest point of my life up until then. Shooting up coke n i couldnt stop..i started doing all the drugs instead of selling them n that was the beginning of the end..i went to rehab for the 5th time n it clicked. My daughter was born n i havent looked back since. I go to church on sundays n i have my little girl every weekend. I remove asbestos n black mold for a living cause there aint much for a guy with a rap sheat but its better then wirrying if im gonna make it home everynight n lookin over my shoulder cause i owe ppl..its boring these days but thats ok, cause when i see my kid i know i made the right choice. Anyway thx for inspiring me, and doing what u do. Keep going
