short & sweet ❤❤
thank you 👍👍
Hi sir excavation is done fully I mean whole area or the size of footing only
whole area because, workers need to execute the work for centering and shuttering, and depends on type of soil and clients requirement too.
@@civilworld ok sir if the footings are very close to each other we might need to excavate the whole area right sir
@@civilworld if footings are maintaining a good space then we will only excavate the footings + pcc area right sir
need space for shuttering works and workers
Even if footings maintain good space if you excavate whole area it is easy to carry the materials and once soil disturbed you have to compact it well and depends on type of the soil also.
Sir k2 value 10 meter 0.084 and 15 also were is in 875
available in code book. if there is any errors please follow the procedure
@@civilworld Sir my building height is 19m each height floor to floor is 3.800 my wind speed is 39 my ans is 8.76kn it's right or wrong and my category is 3 class b
8.76 Kn is basic wind pressure
I love the way he teaches
Thank you 👍👍
Thank you sir
You’re welcome and thanks for your support to my channel
2nd tdb=441.78 kn

Thanku
👍👍👍
thank u so much, all youtubers doing shitty normal qs with all data given, thanks for this solution of this unique Q
All the very best and thank you so much for your support to my channel 👍👍
How to draw graph of this question
you can use excel
sir how you made the diagram if its nit given in question
its a practical subject…you have to practice more examples so that you will also easily do
Why u should not take tf<100?
because our section belongs to buckling class b and in table 10 IS:800:2007 code is specified that. Please refer code book thoroughly
@@civilworld if you have video send me the link how to choose buckling class according to section
@@Venu-nm4ll sorry I don’t have separate video. In the video itself I explained
@@civilworld how to choose buckling class make one video it is useful for us
Hiw you got LC=200?
4x50=200 4 means 4 spans and each span is 50 mm nothing but pitch distance between bolts. Please refer code book thoroughly
@@civilworldOne boult is removed for end distance am I correct
sir how can i find Izz i m unable to do it
Section modulus
thank you from Zambia 🇿🇲
You’re welcome
Very helpful video sir
All the best 👍👍
The ans of fwd is 795.3 how u have taken 79.53
you can proceed as per your value…follow the procedure
You can proceed as per your value…follow the procedure as per video…
300 mm is a depth of the secrion Not load.....If ur not aware of it stop doing these videos but don't convey it in wrong
Sure thank you so much next I will not do. Admit my mistake 🙏🏻
Sir why did you subtracted wind load while calculating total factored load normal to sheeting?
Because in the load combinations are like dead load + live load
how did you assign length of weld 40mm?
Please IS 800 : 2007 code book
@@civilworld which clause or section in the book?
Your zp calculation is wrong
You can correct it and you can proceed. This video is just for procedure. This is practical subject.
1.45 m3 Pcc

Thank you sir
You’re welcome All the very best
Zp???
??
Nice 🎉
Thank you
Sir i think when u calculating Vdpb You have take t= 10 mm Because Between 8+8 =16 mm And 10mm We have to smaller one that is 10 mm Thanks for Resting part 😊😊😊😊❤
Sir plz clear my doubt
Vdpb kb=0.6 which is smaller than
Where is 10mm in vdpb please refer code book once pg.no 73 and 74
Tq 😊
You’re welcome ☺️
(One Doubt)How do you take the section is plastic in step 3 selection of flange
Refer page no.18 table no 2 in IS 800:2007
@@civilworldok sir but you should assume the value is less than 8.4 for plastic section but you take it as plastic section without any calculation of finding breath and thickness of flange
But Resultant stress for fillet weld is (F^2+3q^2)^1/2
It depends on the vectors, if a and b are the magnitudes and theta is the angle.
what if according to h/b my buckling class is a but according to t<40 mym buckling class is b? do i solve it twice for both buckling classes? or am i doing something wrong?
Please check ISHB properties once
Sir, For fcd ( design compressive stress) can we just refer to table 9b ( by using kl/r and interpolation ) By this, i get 186.15 which is very close to your value i.e 187.36
Yes you can proceed with that value…no issues just follow the procedure
how to take sections selection with area which type of sections take
Please refer steel tables book. By calculating I got the area of the cross section which 10769, so I chose ISMC 350@413 n/m, Area of the is channel section is 5366, here in this problem we are choosing 2 ISMC sections so, 5366+5366=10732, which is nearer to 10769 i.e ISMC 350@413 channel. Like that you have to choose the section.
Sir half of the centroid value is not correct sir
Okay you can correct the value and proceed no issues
Thank you so much very precise and Informative😊
You're welcome
You are so welcome!
You dont know how to teach dont post videos pf education purpose videos

when you calculateAvg why should you took 4*50,the no. Of bolts is 5
Please refer code book IS 800:2007
Please refer code book IS 800:2007
@@civilworld please sir can you explain in brief ,why should you take 4*50 the no. Of bolts is 5
@@SANJAYA_KHATARI 4*50 is not the number of bolts. It is the length the failure section. This is practical subject first you have to understand the IS 800:2007 subject
@@civilworld sir please give me a page no. Sir code is very vast
what is the meaning of restrained in position but not in direction?
Please refer IS 800: 2007 code book

why u subtract bolt hole dia in calculating Lc in beta value as u not did in previous videos. Pls clear this doubt
Because already we calculate the length and the bolt holes are in circular so that I subtract the value. Which is helpful to reduce the cost. Think in a practical way
thank u so much sir
