I am so confused as to which mantra to chant, Mahamrityunjaya mantra, Shree Ram mantra or Navarna mantra?

What about chanting "Shree Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram" which is described as the taraka mantra (mantra-raj), doesn't it lead to liberation in Kaliyuga, since Rāma's name is indicated?
