@@xiaolang1926 it's not a fighting game, it's more of a third person fighter, fighting games are a very niche and specific genre of games like street fighter, this one is a lot more arcade-y and that's why I love it

@@xiaolang1926 yes, owl specifically is very evasive and he regens posture really quickly, so until he gets to practically half health it's almost impossible to stack up meaningful damage, focus on health first and posture later speeds the process up a bit

5D can definitely be thrown out somewhat randomly and get away with it against most people since it requires IB to be punished on block, as for 6D/3D I always like to impose them on 2C, forcing them to respect with delayed 3C frametrap, if you have meter to rc 3C to continue pressure it can really fuck with some people's mental stack

Azrael is pretty funky, that routing wasn't really the best aside from the CH confirm, it's an easier version so for lower health confirms it works well

Matchup specific unblockable setup goes hard

Also the mix that catches a lot of people off guard is 236C6C into 236/214D because az can cancel his rekka into a d special as long as it's before the 3rd rekka so you have a 50/50 option but it is blockable, if they normal block it you are likely to be punished but if they love that barrier button too much its safe if they barrier the ender

The best option when deciding to cancel his rekka is 214D cause it has less recovery than 236D so it's less likely to be punished

@@AwkwardArrirn unfortunately this is exactly Azrael's main problem, his pressure is strong but relies heavily on meter for both converting and be safe 236D/214D is a counter hit recovery fairly reactable mixup, it might catch people who aren't paying attention, but anyone who knows the matchup will most likely never fall for it The BHS unblockable is an extremely situational pressure tool, I only ever really use it if it kills since it spends very precious meter in order to do a mixup that can be easily avoided with any guard cancel The BHS armor really only works the first time, as soon as they fail once they'll try a different timing With that 50 meters you could do much more than that, like a 5D>rc rising j.A on some characters as an instant overhead and such
