The fact that they did it without respect to the family or estate is where the true problem lies. If they would have just got them on board and agree with carlins use it would have been fantastic. Now we may have precident setting case law with this one on AI use. Personally i think like with most other things When monatary gain is possible (with its use) AI should not be used if you dont give credit and compensation to the sources you used. Fot personal and non income making purposes it should remain free range. The people who put the sources into the AI algorithim should first need to provide source first before it can be used for both storage and credit purposes at the least. I think AI should remain like a library like the internet has.

Y'all have a legit point that much content is offensive to some but not others/everything is a spectrum/lots of grey areas and honest disagreement about what is offensive or "hate speech".
