How do I reset the biometric on the safe? I can’t find my instructions.

i can program keypad code & keyfob, but it doesnt turn green make noise and open, it just turns green awhike, goes blank, then blinks green twice, and nothing happens. Tried multiple sets of brand new batteries... No sound from the motor/actuator at all.

The Rifle Pointed directly at the guys feet does not instill confidence. To make matters worse, he cycles the bolt right before hand, I cringed when this ad popped up on a video I was watching.

How many fingerprints can be programmed? Does this also have holes inside allowing it to be permanently mounted?

So having spent months researching, i ordered the largest white model of this biometric touchscreen safe from Amazon. Unfortunately the backup keys were missing from the packaging. I contacted RPNB via Amazon asking where the keys & bolts should be, they responded very quickly advising the keys would be on top of the safe in a small brown bag (they attached a photo of the bag) and the bolts would normally be inside the safe. They then told me how to open the safe using a power bank & usb-c cable + default passcode and attached a pic to help me locate the usb port So that worked first time and having seen the safe inside and out now I REALLY don't want to have to return it for the sake of these small (but obviously essential) missing components. It’s very impressive esp compared to some of the flimsy alternatives on offer. I understand it's possible to purchase replacement keys as long as you can prove ownership when you place your order (I gather you need to supply the original order number, the serial number of the safe & the number on the keyhole) so I've asked them to send me the missing keys. Missing keys are not ideal but these things happen and I've been most impressed with RPNB's customer service so far. I’m hoping this professionalism continues with a prompt response confirming they can and will send the missing keys so I can start using the safe asap
