Thanks for this no strings attached concise lecture, to me this is very valuable information. In my country right now there are some large scale protests for a cause I beilive in, though as I am getting more involved in the process of organization and group descisions I realized how easily things could go badly, on both sides. It's absolutely fascinating to look at these collectives of people, and see a kind of ''intelligence'' or ''Will'' emerge that is independant of the individuals that make the group. I'm going to do more research as this is something I need to understand for the safety of myself, others, as well as the success of the protests. It seems it would be tricky to minimize group think, perhaps the only way is to be a strong dissenter when it is neccessary.

In a event we ushers are the first to enter and the last to leave......gosh name it...pugot na pari wearing black we saw at the aisle, crying lady at the toilets....shadows of men and women pass by the curtains and i remember one of our lady usherettes, her body entered by a ghost or spirit (nasapian)..a woman ghost speaking using her body telling she was raped and killed during the Japanese times......grabeeeee.......but personally i did not make this big issue in my mind, i have to focus on my work, i have to set my mind, i need to work for extra income...dahil kung hindi...hindi kami magtatagal sa work then...i was then a student from MIT, Intramuros.......haii reminiscing

actually at first we were the ones who were making that noise. then we decided to stop to listen. and then we heard the sound which makes the creep. btw im one of the crew in this vid. :D

I heard that weird sound, sounds like a woman...in the mmmm phase. The sound seems to be a degradation of street noises but it also sounds human.
