These videos are great. I want to clarify regarding aspiration PNA. I believe you mentioned it is classic to present in the upper lobes, I was under the impression that it classically presents in the right lower lobe (similar to FB aspiration). I may be wrong! Thanks for the EOR review!

Hi! You're videos are so amazing and helpful. Thank you! At 55:51 you mention that blood flow travels from right atrium through the tricuspid valve into the left atrium. Did you mean to say from the tricuspid into the Right ventricle?

11:08 Great video, just one little note. It's Benign Prostatic Hyper*plasia* , Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy is an older name for the condition that's still used sometimes by older physicians, but the cells increase in number not size
