Isnt Rhaast voiced be neil kaplan
To double check, I checked both Neil Kaplan and Sam A. Mowry's IMDB. Kaplan only voices ASol in LOL. Sam A. Mowry indeed voices Rhaast. This can also be confirmed in the LOL wiki.
