I prolly say it since I'm a bassist myself. Kim Deal was my first inspriation leading to me wanting to pick up a bass, which ironically she also left the Pixies within a few years of Carlos leaving Interpol, both of which I feel were a huge part of their respective bands

The most beautiful and exciting version of "Length of Love" I've ever heard. It gives me the chills.

I love this song so much. When I was single, I used to test my prospective love interests with the line "if you find me at the blood drive then come and lie with me" and see their reaction. It was my glass slipper. Nobody ever got it. I forgot about that for years and years. A couple of months ago, I pointed the lyric out to my wife and she went "awww!", completely unprompted. So I found the right one after all! If I ever meet Paul Banks, I will tell him. I'm forever grateful to him, and of course, to her 💓
