To be honest, this is done because sometimes carcasses usually become waste, so people here use them, but I'm still more interested with birds

I'm so happy that I chanced upon your channel! I subscribed, of course. I too have that sense of the beauty and interconnectedness of living things - particularly birds. I grew up on a remote cattle ranch, and spent a lot of time outdoors. The raptors were always my favorites. I had great dreams of being a falconer, and I still have a scar on my elbow because when I was ten I was foolish enough to grab a red tailed hawk that landed on the stump I was hiding in. I'm looking forward to your taxidermy tips & tricks.

Every year, since he randomly showed up on our property, my wife and I watch our peacock, Romeo, lose and regrow his tail feathers. It is a magical time of year as we wander around the property discovering his little trail of treasures. It is amazing that they can carry it around, fly up into trees, fan it out for display, etc. So much muscle control and so many thick quills packed into such a small area. I can only imagine the amount of time and effort it must take to do the work of preserving not just the tail but the entirety of the bird. Impressive.

Thank you so much for your comment. And yes - they are a lot of work, and taxing on the body. Heavy birds with an awkward tail to work around on the table. The end result is worth it though; they are stunning.
