Check battery cycle/usage before you hand on the laptop by running Powercfg/batteryreport. If it was on before you hand on, you can ask for battery replacement since the unit already used before you had it.

Only cpu runs above 90 in high perf mode. Limit CPU tdp by throttle stop if you want or just using entertainment mode (non silent) if want cool.

bro i bought colorful laptop i5 12500h and 100w rtx 4050 i have tested many games . and your question answer is only difference between blue and white is of gpu watt. blue laptop comes with 140 w rtx 4050 and white one comes with rtx 4050 100w thats it . but according to my research both 140 w and 100 w 4050 will not go above 100w usage. also i would suggest you to go for i5 12500h with rtx 4050 100w instead of blue or white because 12500h is more powerfull than 12450h and performance can see seen in many games . one more thing to consider my laptop display had 3 horizontal lines on display when i done display test on online website rest no problem was seen in daily usage and gaming laptop did not shutdown . so now i have ordered replacement unit of same specifiaction laptop.

​@@me_eren_Yeagerno need to worry. Rtx 4050 don't draw more than 100W anyway. It's max limit is 100W. Also 12500H has more core and threads compared to 12450H, so it's a better deal than blue variant. Even I'm planning to buy this same laptop but I'm worried about after sales service😢

@@techboystamilyt7971 for the value, no other brand can beat this laptop... But if you aiming the quality and service, lenovo still better. Other brand like asus or msi only good at higher model while acer will void warranty if you break the bottom seal if you want upgrade.

Performance wise is same thr gpu will only boost maxed around 90W in high performance mode, not sure the blue one have same heatsink design or not but in my place blue one is rare and almost no shop selling it.

If the temp is good then no prob. Ssd and ram can upgrade without void warranty. Thermal paste need to peel warranty sticker without breaking it.

​@@LokisTech0 bro please do display test my laptop had lines on display test in green and red background . lines are not visible in other colors like white ,grey ,blue, and black. iaslo tried updating graphics drivers of nvidia , intel hd graphics . issue still not solved . i also tried booting laptop with 4050 gpu instead of intel in mux switch still isue not solved then i ordered replacement unit of same laptop now .

@@rishabhp1762 msi thin only has 45W tdp 4050, its not enough and only has 1 slot nvme. Not only that the screen is dull with 45% ntsc. I not recommend MSI thin version since last time I had board problem with that laptop also. If you want other option, you can go Acer nitro or lenovo.

@@rishabhp1762 depends on model. For the same pricing, yes colorful is better. I have been using almost 1 month so far no problems. The only problems was reconnecting time after time out from wifi. I planning to try downgrade the wifi card to ax201.

How much your 12700K tdp setting? How much the room temperature? By default 12700K will boost max a while and run 125W for long term unless you bypass PL1.

@@Stephen-qb3ph I use intel auto driver update for wifi. The wifi using AX211 which need minimum 12th gen proc but i notice the device got less priority over other device (longer reconnect when timeout), I bought AX201 which minimum need 10th gen, but havent tried. Touchpad not the best as I mention in my review, have some blind/unresponsive spot.
