Am i the only one who things the "old guy that hates the dog" stories isn't the whole truth? I get some heavy uneducated dog owner vibes. Looking for excuses, having the dog run loose not properly trained and ill prepared to have it in the house and getting mad when other people piont that out or (in a justified manner) complain about the dog being rambunctious and constantly running out on others properties.

I actually starved myself as a child enough to stunt my growth! My parents had to let me eat whatever so I would grow before I got too old. Apparently my picky eating is severe enough that its a medical condition known as ARFID. If your kids are skipping meals are are really tiny, take them to a doctor! Working as a camp counsellor can be rewarding but also a horror show... Kids that were more blue than white, entitled kids/parents, kids with additions and so much more but seeing kids smile when give a piece of cake on their birthday, a small gift when winning or losing and the hugs for listen to them.... Once, many many years ago, There was a woman that was intoxicatingly beautiful that worked in the education department where I worked. One night, at a company party around the holidays, she got a wee bit too tipsy and was considering staying in a back office for the night. Not a great idea . . . soooo, I offered to drive her home, and because she lived sorta close to me, to pick her up the following morning for a ride to work. When we got to her place, we sat in my car for a bit and were discussing things going on in our lives and other somewhat private things. She admitted that she has always had a "thing" for me and would love for me to come inside her home and make sure she was "tucked in" properly. Any other time I would have jumped on that invitation but that night I said "no" because I knew I would be taking advantage of her, and that's not the way I wanted us to get together . . . . I think about her a lot, at times I think about what would have been (could have been) way back then. She's married now with a family and the most I've done is stay in contact with her thru FB.
