Spin master Legendary Yoda Toy installed on Stern Star Wars Pinball Machine
Просмотров 5516 лет назад
While waiting for Stern to release their new (expensive) topper I wanted to try putting an animated (and modified) Yoda toy up there. He does random animations and he is also wired to the action button for additional animation and light shows. If you want to know what to do to make this work: -Open up yoda -Disable the two motors in the base that move him around. -Connect an AC power Adapter (9...

Chicago Coin Hunt Club (1976) EM

this is a very hard to find Electro-Mechanical (EM) Shooter from 1976 - I believe this is one of the LAST EM gun games. This is a two piece setup with a large floor standing target backboard with light up targets and a portable pedestal unit with the shotgun. The pedestal is on wheels and can be moved back up to 20 feet away from the target board to increase difficulty. In the video we have it ...

X-Men Pinball LE - Under the Playfield!
Hey Nick I just saw your segment on The National and since I love old pinball machines it made me think about how much fun you must have with your own arcade and to actually be able to make money at it! Also it's fantastic to know you are working to bring back some of these old beauties to new life. Keep on rocking!
Thanks!!
Do you still have this game? I am working on one now and have a question about the SCAN MOTOR, should it have a 0 position?
Sorry I don’t have it anymore… I can’t check for you
😮
Any chance you have a schematic for this game?
This machine is do cool.I found one and I am going to buy it.Cant wait.
Still for sale? Very interested!

0:02 "WELCOME TOOO THE HAUNTEEEEEED HOUSE"
2:37 Love that sound.
I have this arcade game, any idea what it's worth?
hey nick please post how to call you , I want to buy a pinball today
nice! I just found a schematic for the game and wondered what it was
thank you for upload. one of my absolutely favorits ...mhhhh
I'd love to have that pinball game. How many were made?
I used to own an EM rifle game, so I know how they work. This blows my mind, I mean how does the gun control the ball???
Magnum Opus.
Is the car standard or automatic?? I prefer my hot rods to be standard so I can drive faster!
automatic... it also has cruise control so you can take a nap while you drive
Yeah, I would call that a pinball machine.
Looks really nice.
Cool topper! Ha ha
That game ate so many of my quarters I got fed up and went back to fooseball all ha ha thanks very much for making the video! All the best!
Thanks very much for making the video!!!
One of the best audio experiences you can have while playing pinball.
Nice try.
EPIC electro-mechanical arcade game. So much fun to play. Thanks for the video!
Wow rare game...and awesome game
This is my favourite arcade game. I first played it in the modern arcade part of Merrivale Model Village in Great Yarmouth
How much for it
That's quite a lot of playfield wear between the slingshots...
The speech removes the atmosphere of the game. A robot like voice ruins it all, sorry !
Yes i agree it's much better with a zombie voice.
Hi, I am currently restoring the same machine and was wondering if you have a closeup pic of the backglass? I am going to have one made as the backglass on my machine is in very poor condition. Thanks for your time
Any chance you have a schematic for this?
@@darrensmolik No, sorry
I already heard that somewhere :-) Sound/rules mod are visible at our website : www.flipprojets.fr/Home_EN.php The speaking Haunted House project is here : www.flipprojets.fr/HHparlant_EN.php
Thierry - trying to get a hold of you to obtain the speech ROM - sent you a message through your website - did you get the message? Thanks!
Very different from Microsoft Pinball Arcade 1998
How did u wire it to the action button
I added some notes in the vid description on what to do. Good luck!
Gottlieb was WAY behind Williams and Bally/Midway in sound and speech technology. Gorgar, the first talking pinball game, had MUCH clearer speech than any talking Gottlieb pinball machine made before at least 1986. Additionally, in 1979 and 1980, Gottlieb pinball games had dull, muted sound effects, whereas Williams and Bally pinball games had sharp, clear, catchy sound effects.
3:34 - The coin slots originally said "2 X 25c" (50c) per play, but the "2 X" was covered up. This (and Black Hole) often cost 50 cents to play when they were released. In fact, Black Hole was regarded as the first pinball machine to cost 50 cents per play.
I played this game (the real thing) to death in 1984, when I was seven years old. That one gave five balls per game, but the flipper buttons had a tendency to stop working after a certain period of time. The last time I played the actual machine was in 1990 (14 years old), but that machine only gave three balls (like the one in this video).
Do you know where I can find another one without speech and what price? Thank you!
Hey Nick that is awesome , would you share how you mounted Yoda and how you wired up to the machine, is it still running off the 6 x C size batteries ? Cheers!!!
I am laughing my ass off . That Yoda topper is really fun. Thanks for sharing !!!! Peace .
That's pretty awesome! Good job!
. Esta maquina es genial
Hmm interesting, never seen a haunted house with speech.
0:32 I'm speaking German^^ Hallo, wie kann ich ihnen helfen?:)
What does the special do when you hit it when it is lit?
infernal
You're NOT SHOOTING THAT RIGHT, DUMMY!
Wait, was the speech thing cut out of later versions of Haunted House?
no this is a 3rd party mod
I used to play this in my local café all the time back in 1986 - something about the 'Bach's Fugue In D-Minor ending' tune at 3:21 that still makes me well up slightly even today; The speech ROM sounds like the same for Gorf; #LongLiveGorf *+Nick Angel* Once sold, will you still keep this vid up on here?
Thanks - its the same voice as Black Hole, Mars God of War and other Gottlieb pinballs of the era. This game is sold but the video will remain!
I spent many an hour playing this game. My absolute favorite pinball machine! In high school, I worked at a sandwich shop, and the owner had this machine. Oh the great memories I have with this machine!
