Assuming you have found ALL of the first 60 origami birds, the icon reward should be there. Other players have commented they had the dialogue without Dr Blues there and received the reward. You could try restarting or talking to Dr Blues in Dreamflux Reef to see if that works, but the reward should still be on the sign in the video.

I'll follow up with what I said in another comment I made. From what I have been seeing from a lot of comments is that the reward (icon) is in the same spot in the video minus Dr. Blues being there. Players also have said that they found 60 birds but didn't get the reward. All I can say to help is to make sure to respond to Dr. Blues text message after collecting the first 60 birds (Golden Hour, A Child's Dream, Dream's Edge, and the Reverie Dreamscape) and then interacting with the spot in the video. I'm not sure finding birds in other areas count towards the 60 needed for the icon reward. I don't think completing the main story affects Dr. Blues aside from his location moving. Dr. Blues is only directly affected by the side quest "Dream Song" that appears after completing the main story.

Same I lost to Himeko on Topaz banner. If you don't have Aventurine I would save for Fu Xuan, but if you have Aventurine then I would save for Firefly.

We're in it together. I also lost my 50-50 on Topaz to Himeko. At 21 pity for Topaz and tbh these are my worst pulls ever.

I feel you. I'm in the same situation except I have 21 pity for Topaz. Hoping we get our characters.

@@AlphaB1ast I mean, while I like Robin and she is broken I have Bronya, Hanabi and Ruan Mei. What I really want are Hanya and Xueyi copies and after I reach pity 40 I will stop and go for Fu Xuan E1 for that party 30% Crit Dmg Up

RIP Firefly funds haha. I have to spend every last ticket and stellar jade to get Topaz... also lost 50-50 on her to Himeko although I'm at 22 pity for Topaz.

The dream ticker supervisor does not move. After you get a text from him he should appear.

@@AlphaB1astyeah, here’s the problem I have been having. I did all the dream tickers in 2.0 then gave the eerie blocks to the administrator. After doing all the 2.1 tickers, i went back to the administrator only to find it wasn’t there. The same exact thing happened after I did the 2.2 tickers yesterday. I honestly have no idea what to do about it.

​@mackattack309 same my administrator is gone as well. After finishing all the ticker puzzles once penacony first dropped I haven't returned after the last two updates and now that I need him again he's MIA

Ahh I see now. I should have said this. After submitting enough eerie blocks to the supervisor he WILL disappear. In 2.1 there was no new supervisor. As of now in 2.2 I have not seen a new supervisor yet.
