I have a problem with my Jura A9, the touchscreen is not working well… “remove fingers from display” What should i do???

There is a fair bit of retained coffee grinds in the grinder outlet after every cup. That means on your next cup there is some old coffee from the last grind. If I go more than one day between cups, I make a sacrificial small cup to get rid of the retained grinds. Then the next cup is pure freshly ground. I saw one of these for sale that supposedly is in great condition. Asking $1000 for it. I love that it’s Swiss made vs the newer Portuguese factory, but this unit has gotta be 10+ years old. Is that a foolish buy?

This is as states but NOT in the instructions at all * You MUST unplug the cooler (Fridge on the JURA site) or your milk will be frozen by morning. Nothing states this any ware. If i new this before buying , It would make me rethink the item. Hope this helps. I learned this direct from JURA support. The tech also stated the board goes bad after a wile, in my case 1 year 2 months, then the milk freeze solid hard every morning.

Don’t Buy It, it is sooo much trouble to clean. Every 6 months you need to take the machine apart with its many screws and clean the brewer properly or else Coffee will be bitter as mold builds up easily. The machine arte designed not too last very long, deliberately. No rubber seal’s anywhere causes coffee grounds to escape everywhere and mold grounds. Grounds go everywhere internally, which can affect the brewer, slows down, & eventually because of dirt build-up can damage itself. This machine was designed to only give you good tasting Coffee for only the beginning of 2 years, after that it’s designed to be serviced and parts replaced at a great cost. The, SWISS, as criminal as always……, that’s how you make money……

What if I did not remove the filter during the descaling process? Should I clean it again without the filter or change the filter?

I've got the Z6 in the US and was also told it's not available yet for us. I'd like to know when it would be available, and when it is, how do we update our machines with the software required to make this happen? Is this something we can do ourselves, or do we have to send it in?

Bought one of these brand new, completely poured water out of the box. Total piece of crap. Near impossible to fix or open, no options other than throw it out or just return it. Would never buy another Jura again.

Jura US customer service says that wireless is not for domestic units. Is this correct? We have the j9 and would like to purchase a receiver. We were informed that it will not work in our unit although we have a place in the j9 for one to be inserted.
