Left wrist fractured on the little finger side, right scapula fractured in three pieces; hospitalized for 1 month, about 2 months passed. First time I played the violin since the fracture! Hyah! He is still recuperating at home.

I haven't taken a video in two months and my wrist isn't pulling up at all! I can't give it back! Why? Was it because I was only focusing on my little finger and palm? Watch the lesson video and work on getting your right wrist to work together! ..... But it's not working!

I got a new violin! It's been about a month now, changing strings and stuff, but the curves of the pieces are so different that I'm struggling a bit! Is it easier to play if the curve of the piece is tighter? Maybe they made adjustments like that... The only thing I wish I'd done with my new violin a bit sooner is that it's easier to get the notes right! Easy to understand!

Bowing practice continues. I keep being aware of the 'pull-up' and 'return' of the right hand and the 'centre of gravity of the little finger', but it's not easy when I play a song to a metronome. It's hard to do when you play a song to a metronome... 😭Keep at it until you can do it without being aware of it!

Hmmm... it's a generic 1Position⇔3Position movement exercise, but it's fun to think of it as an Ode to Joy exercise. I've versioned the sheet music, and it looks like this sheet music is for 3rd position on the A line, so if I play it on the E line, is it also a transfer and pitch practice? Well, well, well: ..... I'm getting better at it little by little？Keep it up！！！！！

I decided to do basic practice of bowing because I cannot do the bowing of the L.Beethoven Minuet inG well. I have been doing it for three months now, though not every day...The goal is to get you practising scales happily to the metronome! In this way, I don't see the point of practising in front of a mirror at the moment! Because... I'm only looking at the strings!

Hey there! Great job :) I find this piece is always difficult for students that play it for the first time in their beginning career. I see that your playing is a bit tense im the bow hand, which causes you bow to be crooked. You can find some ideas that you might have not heard yet for the bow hold and bowing straight on my channel if you're interested. Regards, Mario
