I’m trying to grow my first beard and need to learn to trim my beard. I can’t have it straggly, it’s just not me. I don’t have a really thick beard either. Iv’e had a goatee for 15 years and kept it nice and short but the beard I cannot keep the beard that short because it won’t be thick enough for a decent look. I don’t have any beard shears but I do have a very expensive set of dog shears with a trimming kit, would this get me by to see whether or not to keep my beard or bite the bullet and buy one not knowing whether I will keep a beard? Kim and Lee are so good with scent development. EDC has some of the only leather scents I’ve ever enjoyed. FAFO turned me around with leather. So good.

I love EDC Beard Co, Lee and Kim are such genuine people. The customer service is the best in the business and the scents are so well balanced! Especially once in a melon...most companies have that artificial watermelon or candy watermelon in their scent. This one is definitely neither of those, one of my favorites from EDC. Voodoo Mens Craft has become my go to oil. If you have'nt tried them yet then definitely do it! Scents are top notch and both blends are great.They offer an Emu blend too if that's your thing.

The detailed video I had been looking for such a long time... One question I have is on how to trim the bulk right below the nose...i feel like i have a small hitlers mustache hidden that i can never trim properly.

I heard he uses refined and unrefined shea butter so that's probably why it is the way it is. Either way though. I'm lmao I actually just purchased some of their tobacco, cherry tonka bean, oil and butter and balm so I honestly hope I won't have to apply the oil three times a day due to my skin. Bit of a backstory I used to have psoriasis and the skin underneath my beard gets really dry easily so I do have to use oil a lot in certain areas mainly along my sideburns and jawline

You seem like a very decent person . I’ve tried Happy Head for over a year - topical finasteride .1% and minoxidil 8% . I didn’t not see results - it seems to have gotten worse . Maybe I’ll try hims based on your review Thank you

It is a good product. My best advice is it is good with a shorter beard, like 2 inches trimmed beard it is Not good long fully grown beard. Apply easily and trick 👌 😎 don't apply too much

So you don’t need conditioner if you have a good beard oil? Or dose beard conditioner have its place provided used in moderation? I have never used a beard conditioner yet.

Does it not rub off on things, like leaving a mark on your hands or on furniture?

The product appears to be malfunctioning. The initial two attempts resulted in only white substance being dispensed, followed by a mixture on the third attempt and then solely white substance again on the fourth attempt. It is unclear whether this is due to user error or a faulty product. Given the significant cost of the product, it is concerning that it is not functioning properly.

You are the first person I’ve found that has an identical mustache to mine. Other video tutorials don’t quite exactly work for me but this one is super helpful. I feel like I’ve been only doing 70% of a proper job for the 8-9 years I’ve had one now. Mine doesn’t connect to my beard as well so I’ll have to play around with the blending aspect a bit more.
