Builders are promoting Mohali with overpriced properties.
Today areas around/ near Chandigarh are repeatedly being seized by professional agitators . The growth will be of job seeking migrants while no great business or money is coming here

Thousands of apartments, high rise structures with zero planning for roaads and parking and supportive structure. Waiting period at traffic signals increasing exponentially. Slum areas ( villages inside tricity (in which labour class lives,6-7 persons in each room) why don't you Talk about that. Why keep innocent gullible listeners in the dark?

There is nothing in Mohali except retail business , there is no corporate offices, Industry only call center type jobs . Property prices are skyrocketing without any end user and Property Dealers broadcasting these types of video to misguide peoples.
New chabdigarh is very nature friendly , wide roads , connected to Chand igarh , Airport . Near to PGI , SEC 17 , PUNJAB & haryana hogh court. Very picture seek . Exit to himachal side

Typical punjab...show off with malls without any major companies offering jobs....no law and order...loudspeakers and nuisance created by tractors....daily crimes and road fatalities are a norm here..no waste disposal, roads full of cows and police force is casual and incompetent... Gurgaon is gurgaon not because of buoldings, but educated people...while mohali is just full of fukras

Mohali can become metro but never be a Chandigarh keep in mind in Mohali is under developed by Punjab govt.you.know the position of Sunny Enclave,gillco JPL etc. There is no sever disposals.
Lack of support from Punjab Govt is certainly an issue.

Mohali has no jobs, only traditional jobs and retired people. Little bit of Education centres. Tricity is beautiful but has its ugly parts too like Kharar and sectors along Landran road except Emaar secs. But present and past Govs have completely failed to bring IT and other industries. Forget job reaction already planned areas aren’t maintained like Chandigarh. And what tops up is State Gov in Punjab isn’t quiet friendly with Gov in Centre, which significantly affects its Development.
Earlier gurugram also had a similar condition
@@vikasrana7497Gurugram came up when IT was booming and because of Proximity to Delhi NCR. Gurugram isn’t planned for the most part, but it created employment and high paying jobs. No such things I see in Tricity, especially with AAP in power.

Absolutely Mohali seems the same as it was before a decade in the terms of IT companies and other employment sectors irrespective of the fact that definitely the city is growing in the terms of other infrastructure areas like better roads, better education institutions,etc. Hope the IT city project will bring a revolution in attracting big 4s and giant IT techs to set up there offices here also
@@VibesWithVarinder there are very few end user, all investor’s market in Mohali. Real estate is inflated, price correction will come in next couple of years.

Think big, Ms Aulakh, Mohali is already well ahead of Chandigarh and the question to ask is- can Mohali be the next Bengaluru or Gurgaon! It's already a hub of education, medicare and has plenty of options for food- restaurants/ dhabas.
