It's also very reminicent of Hindu Shaivism and Tibetan Buddhism. I definitley believe that the universe is best understood through a sort of radically compassionate "Metaphysical Solipsism." Though it might seem perverse and self-centered at first glance, that is only because of our extremely limited, territorial, and pessimistic views of the self. Like... Obviously the meat body is not God lol my thoughts and emotions are not God, but the ROOTS and PATHS which branch off of these things begin and end in God, and thus no part of you is not God, and within you the story of God is carried in it's entirety. Scattered and unsynthesized. Waiting to be reassociated.

This last part reminds me a lot of the left hand path, right hand path delema. The idea that repression and liberation both have their functions. Fear of liberation might be the only thing keeping reality from unraveling entirely, so the 'fear people' keep reality from unraveling while the 'love people' keep reality from tightening around itself. If reality was in an unraveling state, liberators might come across as unnerving and maybe even sadistic in their seeking to unravel the final thread of consciousness, while the preaching of fear would be worshiped for at least giving a fraction of structure to the mental landscape. Humans are a structured organism, so although liberation is enjoyable, it sparks that strange and illusive fear of death and the desire to hold physical structures. So people who are liberators and beings of love, despite having a mission of healing and protection are maybe ultimatley agents of a cosmic death drive? Idk, I find that there is something a bit deadly about loving-kindness, enlightenment and death have a similar ring and are consistently compared. I could see in the books just as in real life how these truth seekers who take on the keepers souls could have a sort of deadly eerieness to them. Essentially it's their boredom that causes change in the world from a structure loving humans perspective, they can't feel the need for change like the keepers can.

Even though I come from more of an occult space, maybe we would have something to talk about?

I feel like the liberation of mind has a lot of complicated history to it. Both Jewdaism and Christianity have plenty of occult history and had many "acceptable" ways of accessing the mysteries. The problem is, there is something like a survivor bias in the sense that religions that have a stronge emphasises on personal gnosis fail or divide. From my own research and experimentation, It seems like the sort of unlearning that needs to be done to access the "mind of god" is a double edged sword. It's a child like nature where all your baggage (good and bad) surface. Perceptions and understanding are insurmountably heightened, but you also lose the wisdom of the ages and could go down some dark paths if you arn't able to integrate properly. I have a lot to say on this all the time.
