Hello Rolando, great question. The sellers are definitely motivated to sell quickly. It's a very big home, and in my opinion, for many it's just too big ... We were with a client looking at the home just 3 weeks ago. The structure is in great condition. The first 3 floors were built by the US. We definitely saw many cosmetic changes they mentioned they would make based on their preferences, yet in the end, they found more interest in the Coronado area based on the lifestyle they are seeking.
