The interior is flickering because you use Open All Interiors. Xou'd have to disable the Bottom Dollar Interior in OpenAllInteriors to stop the flickering

I wanna try this I use to play lspdfr but lost interest with the script hook updating all the time and always messed up my game when trying to fix it all but would love a tutorial or help on getting this installed again and with call outs and custom vehicle replacements 🎉❤

It may be slow but I guess it could run. I suggest getting a USB 3.1 External Drive, but upgrade your HDD or SSD at some point.
