$100 to buy a bucket of premixed flag grout that will only do 5 minutes of grouting. You’re better off buying the bags and premixing yourself (1 part type S, 3 or 4 parts sand)
A potentiometer acting like a rheostat is not the best solution in the case of DC motors. For this reason, the first version of a magnetic stirrer was not able to operate at low speeds. The easiest solution is to replace the potentiometer with either a PWM board or a 'true' voltage regulator board. The video was posted 5 years ago and my comment is a bit late. Nevertheless, I hope that it will be useful to someone.

Usually your don't dip the brush into the can of poly, put a little in a cup, helps prevent trash and dust from getting in the van. Mortar removed by sweeping? That is not good. Perhaps the product is less than ideal for this application.
That's a lot of plastic for a bag of mortar. Different colors? That's not good. Your storage technique sounds problematic. Hope that stuff was made by windmills.

Hope it holds up for you through freezing and thawing cycles. Permeability may be good in some applications, not in others.
Not sure if you're referring to the jointing mortar or the polyurethane surface. In the former case, all is well after the first winter just passed. In the latter case, there was some pooling of water at one end during a heavy rain but the rest was OK.
@@peterbloch5590 did you fill in where it was pooling with another layer of mortar mix to stop the pooling?
I’m contemplating on doing this to 4 year old field stone patio for a client. I’m confident that it’s probably settled to where it needs to be. But I’m nervous of thaw and freeze. Do you recommend an alternative. Polymeric won’t work as the gaps in stone are about 4-6 inches in some places

I used rompox in the spring of 2023. It did not hold up in the winter. I will repair with concrete.

Brilliant! If you are measuring from the South Pole on the December solstice, what formula should be used?
Good question since I did not deal with the southern hemisphere. Finding tilt at your winter solstice (June) is T = L - Iws where your latitude L is a positive number. Finding tilt at your summer solstice (December) is T = L - Iss Finding tilt at your autumn equinox is T = L - Iws; or if you measure your latitude, Iae, then T = Iae - Iws. If you use the summer and winter solstices, then T = (Iss - Iws)/2 . The angle of incidence is greater at your summer solstice than at your winter solstice.
Please refer which book we have read to know all this measuring formula
