We did some couchsurfing staying with locals and we met Yussuf and Ronald who are running an amazing charity to help street kids in Kampala, we went to visit the slums with them and saw the terrible conditions in which those kids have to live. Bonjour, Vous avez dû vous ennuyer au Timor ?. J'y suis allée pour la première fois en 2016 à l'âge de 47 ans, pour rendre visite à ma mère , à mes sœurs et frères et je me suis vraiment ennuyée. C'était la première fois que je sortais de France et franchement,je regrette d'y être allé.

      Bonjour! On ne s'est pas du tout ennuyés, il faut se rapprocher de locaux qui peuvent vous montrer beaucoup de marches très sympas, et partir explorer le reste du pays! C'est aussi très réputé pour la plongée et le PMT (les coraux sont superbes et incroyablement préservés) C'est aussi l'endroit idéal pour se relaxer en bord de mer avec un livre dans un hamac ;)

    Im watching your video from a small town near Manchester UK, thank you for visiting and share my beautiful country to the world, next time you can visit eastern side of the island special the no human live island the Jaco island, and go climb the peak mountain mount of Ramelau located in the central of the island when you fly from Darwin you can see the mountain has the same elevation with the flight attitude and you can see through your left side of the window. Definitely We need more basic infrastructure to accommodate visitors in the future, cheap convenience public transport with facilities and the most important is the cheap flight to and out from the country. Thank you for your visit and wish to see you again in the future.

    Hi! May we please ask you where you rented the car and how much you paid per day? We are looking to hire a car to go around Dili a few days before heading to Atauro, local tours are too expensive. Thanks a lot!

    • @clemandflav
      @clemandflav 8 месяцев назад

      Hello! We didn’t rent a car in Dili, we actually used the microlets which are local vans you can take for 25-50 cents to get around. We didn’t go outside of Dili but we heard from friends it is better to hire a driver as roads can be tricky and they will know where to take you! You could share with other travellers too!

    • @HalaTimor
      @HalaTimor 7 месяцев назад

      You can hire a motorbike wich is more cheap, you need to ask the local they are willing to help. Car is a bit expensive as they only have 4x wheel drive due to the terain a bit challenging if you never experienced driving in hills and nerrow road.
