I turned 22 an hour ago and i decided to spend the night watching marvel edits. 4:21 on had my jaw dropping for how relevant it was to me right now. The song fits cap so well. The scene selections are spot on. This was made 12 years ago and still makes perfect sense. Tony as the “grandson” makes me think about steve talking to him post civil war.

oh i had to come back to listen to this song. it's so perfect with the tribute that' been made. hard to believe it's been 12 years! 2:37 is my favorite part with how the scenes cut with how steve is punching the bag.

i’m not one who usually seeks out fanvids, but i’ve come back to this one multiple times over the years as it’s better characterization of steve than we got in multiple movies. the editing of clips to fit the lyrics is stellar and seamless, well done!

Very cool! I don;t know if you're still in the MCU fandom after all these years but I think a remake of this video with newer scenes would be cool. Not demanding anything, just daydreaming and projecting my ideas into other people's brains 🧠📽️🧠

I started watching this and I was REALLY hoping their first meeting/hug would be paired with "and then I crashed into you" because that works on so many levels and then IT WAS and I'm grinning a lot right now. I also really liked the car exploding for "and I went up in flames" and, of course, the buddy breathing for "breathe your breath in me", because omfg, YES. This was a lot of fun, thank you! <3
