Father Richmond V. Nilo (July 27, 1974-June 10, 2018)
Fr. Richmond Nilo felled into the hands of an assassin's bullet just before saying a Mass in a barangay chapel in Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija. Before his parish assignment in Zaragoza, he was the President of the College of the Immaculate Conception. He also served as Diocesan Financial Administrator for 13 years. He was known to be a passionate defender of the Catholic faith, a helper to those in need, inspiration to the deaf and mute, whom he lovingly served even before his ordination to the priesthood. Let us continue to pray that justice may be rightfully served for him. (Credit to Martin DV for the video)
