Yeah...that, and going from bottom to top. To me, that's just nerve-wracking! He's thorough... but he needs to learn how to do the job right. Going bottom to top creates more work, and that slows down the job!

Hey, are you using a pressure washer with it, or are you using just a hose. Also, what ratio of soap to water did you use?
Did mine few days ago. Actually surprised. Previously I hand sand it properly from 400 to 2000 sand paper then spray and polish it. Since I moved out from my parents to an apartment I don't have the room to do such work. This kit was surprisingly OK. Not perfect. But ok

My cutter blade that cuts the string fell off and got lost. Any suggestions? But. Mine is a different model worx. Mine doesn’t have the dual string set up
The best thing to do is to order the new upgraded version. It will save you lots of headaches in the future.
You can use it without the entire guard,you'll cut the line yourself basically by just using it,seen a lot of lawn care business owners that use their strimmers like that,without the guard
What I finally did was get a new safety guard for my model. It comes with the blade on it. Cost $11. Plus $5 shipping
