We went on a day excursion to Wildlife Habitat Pt Douglas, just up the road 1 hour away. It's always a good surprise going there. Today it was the birds, we were in the right spot every time we stopped to look around. Birds were beside us or landed on us. Thanks again for the wonderful day out and thanks to all staff.

Just a quick trip to Port Douglas, checking out 4 Mile Beach to Cape Kimberly in the Daintree. Short walk along the pathway that goes around the Flagstaff hill of Port Douglas there are 3 lookouts along it. Flagstaff hill walking trail is 1.3km in length. Great to do on a sunny day.

Just a lovely day out with the family. We decided to go to the Cairns Zoom and Wildlife Dome on the last day of the year for 2022. We went early bacause you cant book online with the locals card, glad we did, it got very busy very quickly. Nice day out at Bird World and Koala Gardens in Kuranda. Weather was perfect not to hot. The animals in both enclosures all look fantastic. Good variety as well. Be careful with hats and jewellery birds love to pull them off you. Koala Gardens is great too, the surprise was seeing a Quokka there, hope they are trying to breed them. No paid promotions in my video.

Nice day out at Hartley's croc adventures. Recommend doing the Croc boat tour and feeding, you get close to the action. Does get hot in the park so plenty of water is a must. Food and seating was limited with current QLD restrictions but options are there for GF still. Suggestions: Take water bottles you will drink lost of water. Drink machine near the kids playground would be a good idea. This...

Just a quick rundown on Silkari Lagoons Pt. Douglas. Very nice place to stay in Port Douglas FNQ. Staff are friendly and definitely would say get a swim out room for the relaxing pool easy access. If you do get a swim out room set your air-conditioning to dehumidifier that will keep your tiles dry. If you don't they get slipery quickly by moisture on them from the close proximity of the pool. C...

Make sure when your cleaning a BBQ it is off and cool enough to handle. Take the grills out and wash in warm water with detergent. Scrap down the grease and wipe down with paper towels. Clean drip tray and then reassemble. Clean after 10 uses.

Just a quick fun day there. Not much water at the moment, that's why not much vid on the river. It's just a quick vid of us riding a scooter from the top to the bottom on the pathway.

Took a drive to Pt Douglas and had Breakfast with the Birds at the Wildlife Habitat Pt Douglas. Stopped at Rex Lookout and the Rocks on the way. GoPro 7 had a ND4 filter on with the settings set at 4500. Just a little to much light.
