whats the hook size?

I'm glad I'm not the only one confused. I have watched it repeatedly and at half speed. I think after the ch 1 turn, she sc in first sc, then ch 1, sk sc, sc in ch 1 sp below, skipping the single crochet st along the sides and sc in the chain spaces until you reach the point where you sc, ch 2, sc all in the same st. Repeat the 1st side to end of row. I have finished 10 rows and it's turning out great. The written instruments aren't matching what she's doing. Also, at first, I couldn't figure out definitely if the sc, ch 2, sc was in the same st. I love the finished project, so I'm going to give it one more try. I've been crocheting for 59 years, so I'm quite experienced.

Your workmanship is superb…. So professional looking….. if you want a larger piggy is that a different pattern????? or do you use a larger hook or maybe a bulky yarn??????? do you crochet any Plushies?????? Lovely design but unfortunately the instrutions are wrong and the written instructions do not match the needle work either. If you are a beginner, i strongly recommend not to follow this tutorial- it will put you off knitting all together!
