@@Combotakt да, если мостик делаешь то можно так) но если более менее на руках чувствуешь себя то обычно уходят вбок как бы через колесо

Thank you, I have been training for about 15 years. for a long time I have been focused on calisthenics to increase my strength, I also as you can see do not do hard powermove combos, I always wanted to do it clean and perfect like bboy punisher or demon
@@denyfly I can see that. I have been training for 3 years. I learned a lot about tricks. Turtles, handhops, elbow power, I want to airflare one day. My inspirations are bboy Alvin, bboy belisimo and bboy juju I like control I am not really a flare guy my power comes from balance. Keep going your movement looks beautiful. All the best
