The no smoking is so real! I’ve been vaping and smoking weed for years and have held on to unwanted lbs bc I get the munchies at night and snack a lot! I’ve finally gone off all smoking and have lost 10lbs already! I find myself feeling so much better and free from it! It has helped me clear up my mind too! Weed fog is real when you are used to smoking every night. I’ve found myself being more productive and filling that time that I spend smoking with doing walks or just relaxing.
