Athletek Baseball was founded in 2017 by brothers Dave and Dale Bartek. The program began as a resource for serious baseball players to develop the skills needed to play the game at the highest level. Athletek Baseball has since worked with over 1,000 athletes nationwide ranging anywhere from youth to the MLB level. The Athletek Baseball developmental system prides itself on helping players reach their highest potential, both remotely and in-person.
In 2022, we launched our 10,000 sq ft facility, based in Atlanta, GA, is our home for some of the top baseball players in the southeast, where we offer programs for all things development including our Velocity Max Throwing Program, All Barrels Hitting Academy, Strength & Conditioning, and more!

The only difference in his ground balls versus the line drive was the point of contact on the ball. He wasn’t rolling over he was just hitting the top of the ball. That’s not to say he wasn’t rolling over in the games. It’s also not to say your advice was bad, it definitely helped his feel.
Staying back is a terrible think to teach. You should be going forward with weight. He is still leaning backward although slightly improved.
