I made a creamy soupy like potato leak stew with garlic, cabanossi sausage, bacon, tomato paste, ajvar, a little shot of beer, a drop of soy soauce, milk, balsamico, butter, a cup of water, laurel leaves, thyme, oregano, majoran, salt and pepper, hot paprika, nutmeg, vegetable stock, tumeric, a spit of sugar and some honey.
