Explaining Single Action vs. Double Action and Hammer Fire vs. Striker Fire
Просмотров 131Месяц назад
It's a beautiful day along the TN River where 4 pistols are used to explain some of the basic differences of revolvers and semi-automatic type pistols, single action vs. double action and hammer fire vs. striker fire. This is a very basic video for the novice gun owner or prospective gun owner. After a few shots of a 22, 45 ACP and 9mm, you can see the size holes made by each and how the recoil...
Wolferidge 17VS First use and First impressions
Просмотров 3,5 тыс.2 месяца назад
After a lot of research I bought the 17VS vertical splitter. I have a lot of large rounds and trees that naturally fall on my property. After trying a horizontal splitter that can pivot vertically, I decided that was too hard and got something that would be kind to my back. This was it.

Saw Trax/Dolly Trax - Scoop Dolly One Person Load
Просмотров 13Год назад
When moving large narrow objects like door quads or triple window sets or large narrow crates, the Scoop Dolly can't be beat. Easy one man loading of large objects instead of using a fork lift and someone to steady the load. Also tilts the item for easier entry of tall objects into a truck trailer.

PSA 5.7 Rock, first shots and impressions.

First time shooting gun. Had two jams in 30 shots. First round jammed twice and would not feed second round. Good gun at a good price. Have several PSA rifles and their dagger 9mm. Not a fan of their pistol triggers but always a great value. The 57 round has the same impact as a 9mm round is my understanding. The big difference is number of rounds and a quicker follow up shot because of less re...

LOVE the color! I got the Lime green one ! ruclips.net/video/xQ6aiD5SI2g/видео.html
Great video it's getting that time of year
Great video what kind of wood was that
@@StephenEubank I think it was maple. It had some internal nots on some pieces that really tested the splitter but it had the power to get through some ugly wood.
@Pastaman350 thanks for taking the time to make us a video I know it got to take up time but really like wood and tractor videos
That’s a nice looking splitter, congratulations
Ah yes the humble rake in action.
Thanks for the video! I just placed an order for a 17VS-E/C (electric with conveyor) and was originally thinking of a custom color but decided to go with their gray (which I think makes for a very nice looking splitter). After seeing yours, I might have to revisit this…it would be cool to have a splitter that the astronauts on the International Space Station could see from space! 😄
My thoughts exactly
I was wondering if we would see the hi-lighter colored 17VS on social media! Nice and congrats Dude!
Thanks. It was cool to see it in some of their videos before they shipped it
I ordered mine in Lime green, love these hi-lited colors ! ruclips.net/video/xQ6aiD5SI2g/видео.html
Half the price of EASTONMADE wood 🪵 splitter 😊.
I think your technique is spot on,…split a round in half, then split the halves into slabs, then split the slabs into whatever size splits you desire. That’s what I do with my Super Split.
Do you plan on making more videos with th 17vs
@@StephenEubank maybe. I have an idea for a gate for the lifting arm that if I work it out may do a video
I'd like to see it split Shore Pine we have on the west coast. Some of the nastiest wood to split
That hickory had a lot of internal knots. Smooth on the outside but when you split it , you find the internal knots and the piece ends up curved on the split
Thank you, for buying American..
Can you own black powder guns? You don’t need a background check in the states to own one and they are deadly.
Ours is an older model, the only problem screws enjoy working loose...elsewise the gun runs fine...i think heritage could save some money and angst by testing a full cylinder instead of just one round...on the bright side, their repair service seems to have improved, up from rock bottom to below average...
It looks like so much fun to use.
I have 5 heritage rough riders ranging from 4.75" to 6.5" and I've had no big issues with any of them. I think it's just luck of the draw as heritage doesn't seem to have stellar quality control. One of my rough riders (6.5") came with the hammer not aligned properly with the firing pin. It was a quick fix however, something like that shouldn't have left the factory. Hope your next purchase goes better.
bought 2 new ones, both did this exact same thing on .22lr, sent 1 back, they claimed it worked, still did not. they did both fire the magnums perfect, i have shimmed the springs but have not been able to go to the range yet, i really like the revolvers so hope they work with the .22lr rounds
Sorry you're havein a tough time with your pistol. I have a Rough Rider and a Bar Keep,.. not a problem what so ever. Just need more ammo. Go Brandon!!😎🇺🇸
If you have eliminated it as an ammo issue, then look to the spring. Also, some have complained of the Safety, shifting and causing interference with the hammer. if none of those, it could be a firing pin issue. Also, check all screws for tightness. Many problems with this gun, start there.
Your most likely getting light strikes. If that's the case, you can bend the hammer spring by taking the grips off so it's a bit stronger. Or use a shim toward the bottom. Hope you figure it out
I sent it back to the factory and they fixed it
I thought about getting one but have not because I was worried that I would get a problem one. I see many people get new ones with no issues and then some like yours. I hope your issue is resolved soon.
Mine had no issues this last week. I ran 3 different brands of ammo in it. Im happy.
@@donaldanderson7410 Glad to hear that. I probably will get one. Thanks
0:16 That move brother would have surely got you removed from the range.
