Use the data at your own risk. Testing out a few 93gr coated lead round nose loads with my 1984 Bulgarian Makarov. The pistol shoots ridiculously high at 20-30 yards. I have to hold about a foot low to hit the targets but that's nothing we can't solve on the work bench.

LMAO that safety check😂

i haven’t ever left a comment before but thank you man for that TLR7a/Safariland video. i just got my safariland holster and everything you said was 100% true. i’m running a glock 19 with a TLR7a with a safariland 7360. thank you so much for the advice!
No problem. Always glad to help.

WTF was that 🤦🏽♂️ 20 seconds into the video, and I just gotta c the end 🫣
Yeah, fuck that. Use a rear bag, I do. The challenge is to measure the RIFLE'S capability, not the shooter.
120 gr SST will destroy a whitetail
Try Hornady 140 SST. They shoot great loaded to fit in the mag.
Dude just loaded bullets in the drivers seat lol. That is a first for me.
They definitely ain’t 50 bucks anymore. More like damn near 70 lol. Yeah Biden did that
Good job! Love my Criterion barrels. 16" CORE and a 22" 6mm ARC spun up by Compass Lake Engineering.
I think the point of the app for measuring the group is that it takes out the variation caused by judging the edge as it is easier to gauge the centre. In addition it does the maths for you for your calibre so taking out the risk of calculation error. I would be interested in your experience in cross checking the app with callipers.
Got it in one of the comments imgur.com/UP9I1WW
Well done sir! Bonus points for using pasties on your targets; most use boring ol' pasters. :)
Thanks and yes I love my pasties. Got a box full of them ready to be stuck on printer paper at anytime.

I really enjoyed this guy. Hes as lovable as Earl the Pearl Strickland! I dont think that the use of a dial caliper is as much of a problem as not actually seeing the group shot with two cameras as its happening. He could have easily shot that at 50 yards, earlier. Then simply dumped the shots we saw him shoot in the video at nohing. Not trying to say the guy was dishonest, just that he didnt consider the potential to accuse him. Really hope this guy makes more content. His personality is very relatable!
Thanks, glad you liked the video and yeah really should have shown the clean paper before hand or learned how to do the put the video in a video thing. So all I can do is give you my word of honor that there were no shenanigans in this video. I got plenty more bullets to do it again and I do need to load some more in all this ppu brass I got. Might do that this coming week.
@@UnknownReloader Yup. I just know how egoes work in our community. I'm always looking for guys pushing actual fight guns. I come from he L.E. long range world. It's so boring. Keep some cool minute man content flowing. I'm going to sub right now.
Why not have a camera at the target while you were shooting?
I haven’t taken the time to learn how to put videos in videos.
Nice shooting! “Reddit special” for a BCM upper/Aero lower build 😂. I haven’t heard it called that, but I’m going to have to use it from now on.
Thanks. Yep years ago when you got on r/ar15 and asked “what rifle… $1000” everyone would just say to put a BCM upper on an Aero lower and call it a day.
@@UnknownReloader Yeah, I've heard it repeated throughout the internet as the standard recommendation for several years now. I thought "reddit special" was a really clever name for it.
I have the 4.5 mm version !! ✌😂
Well, you do not actually need to zero your gun for this 😀
I was saying rezero your precision rifle for the summer season not zero it for the competition. Your point of impact will change depending on the ambient temperature so if it was zeroed in 40deg weather it is not zeroed when it’s 80deg.
Well done Mr. Burgundy 🍷 Stay classy San Diego 💅
I would argue that being able to load your bipod against the door sill is at least as beneficial as having a rear bag haha. Not to take anything away from your achievement, that's a great group!
I modded my 7360 to fit my G19 and compensator with my tlr7. I obviously voided the warranty by chopping it. I've been trying to find a holster to work
What kind of comp is it? I know people used to use g34 holsters for 19s with the KKM comp.
Interesting how he is bracing off the threshold.
Always load your bipod to reduce recoil.
This is a tad Ron Bergundy. A bipod counts as supported.
What did Ron Burgundy do? And did I miss understand “no leads leads, no bench clamps, beyond that knock yourselves out.”? Next you guys are gonna say something like “oh nope no scope above 9 power, that’s not allowed.”
Amazing grouping!
Is it cheating if I toss my Remington Sendero 7mm into this category?? I do use it as my every day hunting rifle.. It only cost me $1100 and that baby will drive 1/2 MOA groups all day long. Yeah, probably cheating...
Throw anything you want to into the mix. I don't see this as a contest where following the rules to win a prize is its value. It has evolved into an audit of what different rifles can actually achieve. Failures and rifles not quite fitting the specs will help get a better understanding of the issues.
Post the video
Nice, about 1.5 times my effort but from a gas gun that prob wasn’t overweight! I managed 0.66 MOA…all day! 52 grain 223 Remington.
Oh yeah I saw your entry. That was some great shooting.
No calipers, huh? Wth... i should start using a phone app to measure my crank pins now? Compressor blades too? Ugh...
Must be getting a kickback from that ballistic whatever app
Kinda what i thought.
@@UnknownReloaderit’s just a decent way to measure groups quickly and easily Most people have a phone. Not everyone has or knows how to properly use a caliper
@@MyLonewolf25it’s a neat way to measure groups I don’t know about quickly vs calipers. Take picture, set 1” scale, mark shots, calculate… vs measure outside of holes and subtract bullet diameter.
Swiss Army rifle. All sorts of gadgets
I am sure Bloke will get lots of entries that are with rifles outside the specs. But this is good as it will give more data points as to just what sort of rifles can do 1 MOA. The rules can thus be adjusted next year. I suspect that a good adjustment would be to set up different classes with different rifle specs. With this the skill of the shooter will be a noticeable factor in the results. With this year's rules, it will be hard to say if a successful shoot is due to the hardware or marksmanship.
Yep I think a ten shot 1 moa group is asking a lot out of anything under 10.5lbs. Sure many normal modern rifles should be capable of producing a 1 moa five shot group with the right load on a good day but there’s not a lot of them that can hold it together for ten.
Whole challenge kind of started from old claims how somebody can shoot 1 moa no matter situation. And even then quite many of those already tested by others failed that. Not sure group sizes but even 5 shots group was not so easily done when shot from prone and using just bagback or bipods as support. Now least for me whole idea is to push people realise how big difference there is in real world and bold claims if we just handpick best of results. Suddenly things start to look bit more dramatic when shotcount is doubled or even tripled from 5 or 3 shot group what are usually used as measure for those 1moa claims. Of course there is bit difference between precision rifle and hunting rifle. For hunting rifle im willing to accept 3 shot because heat will most likely start to do something for thin barrels and on hunt even 1 shot at day is rare.
@@Kesssuli I agree with "real world" vs. "beer talk". I see many videos here where something is being tested but the setup has nothing to do with a real world situation.

Eh..They didnt say a rear bag wasnt allowed..It was just "fudly" Nicely done.
Yeah some guy replied to a comment of mine that a rear bag was flat out not allowed then the Bloke corrected him. I think they were thinking of like a caldwell rear bag, the stock gripper ones not a squeeze bag so yes dual bench bags would be fudly.
I gota say iv got alot of the same boxstickers... nice video too btw
Yep stickers are like free hats. Gotta collect um all.
