@@lucianotesta5019 ah yes. unfortunately you have to have support with them on the device to be able to get it. it used to be free but I believe they have changed that. have you created an account on their site and tried searching?

You should be able to run two separate VMs with no issue. What is the error? Might be worth looking it up.

@@theAlpha1996 Google vcenter 8 download. Go to their portal, sign up and you should be able to download the iso.

That single port is the trunk port that carries all the data. The other ports were filled up very quickly.

@@JoseMariadeManila-g3f No that I'm.aware of. You can still install it but it may not be stable or work as well. It would be good if it worked across all versions.

Good question. I like the features it offers. I've used most hypervisors and this can be done with any other one. I just happen to have VMware Workstation on my PC and have also done tutorials on it in my other videos.

Double check the keys you’ve selected in the computer settings to initiate the rain. If all looks correct it might be a glitch. Try removing and re-installing it or test on another device or VM if you have one.

@@curio78 What specs does your device have? It might be a hardware issue. Are you using a laptop or desktop? Try removing it and installing it again.

Hello, what do you mean one client? The scope depends on how many devices you want to give IP addresses to. A /24 or class C subnet should be enough for ypur lab.

Resetting the switch? If you reset the switch to its default settings, you will need to console in a set a management IP address for your management VLAN.

@@ambroise105 It depends on the type of connection your laptop or PC has. You can go on Amazon and find a USB-C to Console cable or a USB to console cabe or a Micro USB to Console. Have a look and choose what works for you.

@@ambroise105 These switches have the console chip embedded. Any USB-A to Micro-USB will work with these.

Hello, I made those myself. You can use the same as mine or chose your own e.g. 172.1.1.x, 172.2.2.x etc. They are "private" IPs for your internal network. I hope that helps.

A Mac is just a Linux OS under the hood. I’m comfortable with all operating systems. Networking is not the only thing I do as you may have seen from my videos. Which do you prefer? It’s more about the tools for me than the OS itself.

Hello Vlad. It could be a number of things. 1 - check your routes in the Cisco router 2 - Check that the GNS3 adapters are mapped to the correct VMware adapters 3 - Check that your Pc/Laptop adapter has an IP address in the NAT range

Hi Vlad, can you ping the ip address you are using in the forwarders? If not, you need to check you have the correct NAT address from your VMware workstation NAT. I explain where you can find your ip address in 22:30 of the video. If you can ping the address but still get an error, try removing the DNS feature and reinstalling it. I hope that helps. Hi Abdi, HP (Aruba) switches are still very much in production for enterprise core and edge. I don't see them going away any time soon.

It's now providing the four options to choose from however what I've found that it if select the middle option when creating a new virtual machine (Installer disc image file) and point to an ISO file, then only the 2 Standard Core options are available (the Desktop Experience ones are not present). Selecting the bottom option (I will install the operating system later) makes the four options available. A bit strange!

@@nickybesters That is strange indeed. Perhaps the virtualisation tool you are using is unable to pickup all options in the first instance. A glitch perhaps.

Hello Keshav. You need to set a password for your admin account on the switch. The default admin account is "Manager". Once you set a password, you will login as non-admin until you enter the password.
