Im on the field amongst the trumpets, it was my senior year.

My sister was in the Hastings marching band back in 2010 before she graduated in 2011. She played the flute.

I'm not sure if anyone else will see this video, but I am a junior playing in the Hastings band, we have really improved and have grown in the past 10 years, I find it interesting how small our band once was.

i just graduated from hastings and i was the trombone soloist in this show and i think this show sounds worse and worse everytime i hear it (including my solo). im now a music major so that might have something to do with it but hey what ever....

I am a Hastings Grad. The band has changed a bit in the short time I've been gone. I will not say the cliche line "it was better when I was there", but I am glad to see that the band members themselves have obviously striven to maintain the integrity of the band.

It so nice like you said to perform in front of a group of people that can really appreciate fine music and the outstanding performance of such a group. It illustrates what can be achieved! That band does not have to end at high school. Music becomes apart of who you are...share it! Thank you!

I have to say, with all of the HSers going nuts in the stands and dancing like crazy was really awesome. We absolutely love doing exhibitions like this because we are performing for a group who appreciates the same things we do.
