I’m also an artist & I know all toooo well of the hours I can spend especially at night which is not good. I changed my routine and started to go to bed at 12 the latest so that I could be more able to wake up say an hour earlier than the day before and I see that I’m able to take advantage of the full day & by night I can get some SLEEP😮💨 hopefully you will also try this at least for a week to see how you like it. Trust I know the hardest part is getting up bc I still struggle 😂
