I’m sorry for leaving you such a long message, but I want to help! While walking workouts do bring results, they often require more time compared to other types of workouts like cardio, HIIT, or strength training. Factors like lifestyle, underlying medical conditions, stress, eating habits, and meal timing can also influence your progress. If you’ve been doing the same 45-minute walking workout every day, your body might have adapted to it, which can make it less effective over time. I suggest mixing things up by adding different exercises-cardio, floor exercises, or incorporating dumbbells. This will keep your body challenged and prevent it from getting used to the same routine. Don’t be too hard on yourself, though. Results can vary from person to person because we all have different predispositions. The most important thing is to stay healthy and keep moving forward!
