I've been into metal detecting for a long time now. Just decided to upgrade my yamaha xt250 to a tenere. I was wondering if people adventure bike metal detected and here you are. Fantastic job. I'm thinking having my metal detector setup like an old winchester on a horse. Im in minnesota not to much history so im thinking of heading east this spring

Adventure to Pollard Flat on the Sacramento River. Dig high and dry between the boulders next to the tracks and clean out the bottom well. Take a full size pan, preferably steel and small pick. You wont be disappointed.

Your title shot of Buncom got me to click lol. I ride past those old buildings all the time and grew up here in Southern Oregon.

I recognized some of your scenes. Beautiful country. I am coming back from overseas to the R.V. and should be there by the end of July. Looking to pickup a bike and explore the back country. Whoever gave you a thumbs down is a boner.

A tip of the helmet to Amanda for bringing me this way. An interesting reason to ride and camp. Causes me to consider doing this in the Ozarks next spring. As a retired geologist and avid m/cyclist, putting the two together for any reason is a good thing. Nicely produced... though I do have to question your priorities a bit. Making a video BEFORE you make coffee??? What were you thinkin???? Until the caffeine is flowing to the brain, the brain does not function to make fire!

Cool! I'm up in the Umpqua area and just got into gold panning. You'll never get rich panning specks but it's a ton of fun and there's a lot to learn about it

I had a buddy that lived up along sterling creek years ago.. We used to punt around there and look for caves and gold. Beautiful country. Frigging cold this time of year...
