Pitch Three of Sams Knob Gully WI3 ~ Ice Climb Canton, NC
All pitches were good as of 1-09-25. The curtain to climbers right of main p3 was also in, we TR'd it a few times. Can easily scramble up and right to set a TR on this one or the main p3. Mostly yellow and blue screws

Did this in July. I thought it was a little sketch up top. Lots of moss growing everywhere even though it was dry, it was loose and brittle. Climbing is probably 5.2-5.3 for sure, but I was in 5.10 mtb shoes. Solid choice but makes small toe moves a little iffy. Also tough mentally committing to some 50ft sections with no gear. Tore my foot off in January, learned to walk in March, did this in July. Took us 9.5 hours. Slow but careful since I was recovering. Hike down took me awhile from 4.5 hours of being on my toes and a stiff ankle.
