Mass Update Multiple Campaign Members in Salesforce (each field not just the Status)
This is a solution how to mass update many campaign members and to change each field.
Via the normal Salesforce interface this is not possible so we build a Screenflow to select the relevant campaign members and to bulk update the records.

In the same way, for user object - there is an address field. Once you deselect that , it will allow to download.

Thank you for this video, i tried with opportunities Birth date, when i finish the report it only shows opportunities born next week but like 2024 it does not take into consideration the year :( (for example if someone is born 20 March 2024 it shows if he is born 20 March 2000 it does not show)

can we make deactivate all this picklist value at one go..?
We use the Rethink CRM built ontop of Salesforce and the Slack integration only allows Admin users to push information from Slack into Salesforce. Advanced Users can push information from Salesforce into a Slack channel, but not vice versa. Any idea what approval the Admin may need adjust to allow non Admin users to have full functionality.

Hi Nadia, I don't think so. But you can send the various reports that your dashboard is based on, via Report Sender (one by one). Hope that helps!

why you are creating fields on page layout? Isn't it possible to create a variable inside a flow instead?

Hi Noveen, unfortunately at the moment you can only add fields to custom objects. Go to > Slack Setup > Custom Object Configuration > Edit Fields

Can you programmatically generate a Channel from a record? So for each open opportunity (or ideally a custom object) create a channel when it's created or hits a certain stage, and then embed that channel inside of the record in SFDC so people can interact with it in both places?

Hello sfhappio :) Thanks for the very good explanation. Unfortuntately...with my Notepad++ I could not safe my file as a csv. Only as "text all" - is there another way to store the data so that the data loader accept my file? Any trick...? Thanks for your answer in advance.
Usually if you can't save as a certain file type, you can select 'all files' as the file type, then add .csv to the end of the file name and windows will do it for you. I'm 100% certain this is bad practice, but it normally works, just make sure you have a backup so you don't accidentally corrupt your file

So, confusion is - your demo involves 3 objects (Campaign, Campaign Member and Oppty); however, mine involves only two (Category and Items). Which all elements from your demo should I replace mine with? Please advise. Thanks!
How to add trigger point in flow where my entry condition are billing address ischanged= True or ownerid ischanged=True. In flow I have added my entry conditions in decision element... can't add encrypted fields as entry criteria in flow start block. Any help would be appreciated.
Any automated processes that are running in SF or Financial Force need to be monitored and if they do not run at all or have any errors then there should be an alert to Slack to make sure they are fixed as a matter of urgency- can i do this with slack

You are right, I forgot to add this piece to the video. This is how getfirstCampaignMember is calculated: get the Campaign Member record where campaignId = record.id and sort your query by index__c ascending. Basically you are interested in the first Campaign Member the is found for this campaign having the lowest index. Then you will always add 200 * round to that first index. If not clear i will post this part on my website sfhappio.com. Let me know!

I'm trying to do a very simple flow where it looks at our most recent members each morning and sends them an email with instructions. However, the number of new members consistently exceeds 2000, resulting in the iteration error.

Get Record element, getfirtsCampaignMemer, I made were the same as your answer. So I feel good. However, if there were less than 200 campaign members, for example, 21 people, opportunities were constantly created repeatedly. Eventually, I could stop generating continuous opportunities after deleting all of the schedules from the time-based workflow. Maybe there's something wrong with my flow. I'll take a good look again and succeed.
My flow works well successfully. It is very important to the default value of ‘round’ must be '0'. If you set the default value after creating the ‘round‘ field, you must manually enter the ‘round’ field of the existing record as '0'.
