(The tram was just downstairs from Oaks, very convenient. We used it nearly every day 😁 Expect to drive to the Thai restaurant. We used it to Surfers Paradise main area and Broadbeach and also the Pacific fair. It was only $0.50c each 😊)

The base - 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour . . Topping cooking chocolate melted. . Middle Carmel topping. . . 🤍

I got this recipe from Woolworths 🤍🤗 . 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, partially thawed 20g unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/3 cup icing sugar mixture 1/2 tsp vanilla extract . Step 1 of 3 Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Step 2 of 3 Brush pastry with butter. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over pastry. Rub sugar mixture onto pastry. Roll up tightly to enclose. Slice into 1.5cm pieces. Place cut-side up on the tray and bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Step 3 of 3 Meanwhile, combine icing sugar, vanilla and 2 tsp water in a small bowl to form a thin, smooth icing. Serve cinnamon scrolls drizzled with vanilla icing. . So yummy 😋
