i love this poem so much, it almost brought me to tears because it's so beautiful and meaningful! i thought of one of my favorite artists, roland faunte, and his song "brick by brick" while listening. he sings about "houses coming back together" which i think is a wonderful phrase & image :) i love the repetition of words with "trans-" at the start & end. and the narnia closet reference. superb writing and reading!

Also I’m not a wheel chair user but I am a disabled Canadian, and I had a couple ideas around ways you might be able to play in the snow more. Maybe you could build a mini snowman out front that is like 10 inches so it doesn’t take as many spoons/snow/movement as a full size one but is still fun! Or if you had a able bodied friend who’d being willing to help it could be fun to have someone pull you in a sled (or some sort of chair in a sled). With sidewalks like that you might be able to get a fair amount of speed too while still having enough stability and control

I love your look! I’m so glad you all found a new pet that supports you in your needs. Tundra is such a cutie! I feel similarly about cats, and also want a dog for mobility and psychiatric support. I can’t get one yet because of finances and my living situation, but hopefully one day. This year I was able to get a rescue Chinchilla though, and he’s really helped me just by being there. Chins are pack animals but he has to live alone due to being severely attacked by his brother, I live alone (besides him) with trauma too. We have each other though, and we have bonded so much more than I knew we could. He gets me out of bed on hard days, comforts and trusts me, and makes me laugh. I never thought I would own a chinchilla, but I’m so glad I adopted him. Animals can be so wonderful. I’m happy that you found a little group that brightens your life

I’m sorry this is a made up gender. People do it to make the LGBTQ+ community look like a joke. I’m sorry. If the pronouns are some dumb stuff then it’s not a real gender. I’m Non-binary, so that means i go by they/them. Which are valid pronouns. (I know this was made a long time ago. But still. Galaxy gender isn’t a real thing)

damn i'm so sorry you're dealing with this. i just am dealing with chronic fatigue syndrome but had a mild stroke that affected the left side of my face and deal w numbness a lot. i 100% believe that pathogens can rest on the nerves and inflame and disrupt them. i truly don't know much about lyme but i do know that ppl go on heavy antibiotics to aid with it so maybe if you honed in on getting to the bacteria it would help? there's a dude named stephen buhner who writes books about helping with lyme, his one on viruses has dome me a huge service. edit: idk if this will help but i have found no assistance with the medical world and made a vid of the research i did for cfs, a lot of us are on our own so don't give up <3

I relate a lot to just surviving and not having energy. My disabled/chronically ill friends tell me the same thing... and yet we feel somewhat isolated even from each other because we are all arround the world and even if we are local it takes so much spoons just to get out of the house. and its hard to meet new local people i wish i could fix all of disabled people's (strangers and friends) problems

Hi. I don’t know if this is an integration question, but the beginning of these videos about Jo say they were 27? On your Facebook page (the Jo one), it says they’re 30. Sorry if it was just a typo or brain fog or something, I was just wondering. I haven’t watched this video yet, but I’ve watched the other ones. It’s been heartbreaking to see how much Jo was suffering, even more than I really understood. It’s also been heartbreaking and otherwise difficult and overwhelming feeling like I lost my best friend all of a sudden by Jo integrating (& I hadn’t had a real best friend in ages).. but it sounds like that’s what Jo really really really needed. I think it was a strong step towards healing that they recognized that they were integrating and that it was necessary, and what it could mean but that there was this unknown and they just had to accept that and embrace it 💖💖💖 That is so strong. These videos have helped me a whole lot - more understanding, and more closure. It has also been so great getting to know & befriend and really care for the other alters. (I don’t think I’ve talked with them all, but anyway.) I forget, but in that thread on my Facebook profile pic of the possum snuggling with a fairy, one of you said “besties” and I think one of you decided to be best friends with me? but I don’t even know who since I forgot to ask! 🥰😊 Anyway, that cheered me up. It also is nice to know that Jo is still in the system somewhere but orbiting around like they needed to. Sending you all so much love. Gonna watch this video now. I always love listening to Jo sing. 💕💕💕

I like being called a star. It is kinda like my system is made stars and we are our own constellation but also in the night sky known as this channel. Baby stars vs stars I don't really know. I do like the 2 syllables then stars combo. I think lovely stars, twinkling stars, or shining stars would also be good options.

Thank you all for sharing this Galaxy System. It is so nice hearing Jo again but also understanding that Jo as Jo is now gone. I don't know if it was specifically Jo that I felt so connected to but thank you all for helping me so much through the process of understand myself as me and now us as we(if that makes sense). I also feel a change happening in our life and though it in not integration(I believe), it is sure to be an important and stressful change that I hope the other parts of my system can handle. Thank you all for being a source of comfort through hard time. Love you all <3
