You missed one! My personal favorite that deserves to be on the list the Blackout map from cod 4. For a good idea of some gameplay go back and look at some of Huskers kill record videos from blackout. He makes the helicopter look easy and I would say it was even better than verdansk helicopter. The color palate of treyarchs warm oranges and forest greens of the map and the over all layout was the right direction all along. Compared to Verdansks infinityward color palate of doo doo browns and bitch black greens to hide in shadowy corners with rose skin. Not to mention there was no ziplines when verdansk shipped, blackout had grappling hooks as a lootable resource from day one. Lastly the quality of the servers were an issue even back then but one thing I found very interesting that after the game shipped they upgraded the blackout servers from 20hz to 30hz. Interesting to their first shot a BR, a game from 7 years ago had better servers/ was changed after people gave feed back. Something small but something I thought was interesting; in blackout you could always put the trophy system on a vehicle but when verdansk warzone first shipped the throphy system was destroyed as soon as the car moved and was later changed after feed back. Alot of people would attribute that to a bug that was later fixed but I'm not so sure. I think a lot of bad design choices are changes for no reason or just something that slips through the cracks. I dont think blackout had a fair shot not being cross platform I think it could have morphed into the live service game to rival fornite way sooner if the suits werent greedy and actually played the game they make decisions for. I would be interested to see where that map would rank on this list and if they will ever add it to the map pool its not impossible as rebirth island was originally a black ops 4 BR map along side blackout

Urzikstan feels all over the place. There are almost no recognizeable POIs for one. Additionally, the water I don’t like at all. It also doesn’t feel as a whole. It feels like random islands of buildings with very little flow in between Only really played Warzone when it originally came out with Verdansk and I had SO much fun. The game evolved from “I don’t know what I’m doing” to having strategies in looting, contracts, loadouts, favorite hiding spots, etc.

Rebirth might be overused but the fact that it is pretty close to 1 to 1 of the real Alcatraz in San Francisco makes it worth keeping for me. I wish we had more real locations like the stadium in the original warzone.

Great video. This has been one of the map critiques I agree atleast 80% with. The only changes I would say are that I would put warhead in meh, subsonic should definitely be higher, and skyline should definitely be higher might be best in game. So far I think my top three maps of BO6 not including nuketown obviously would have to be payback, subsonic, and skyline not in terms of player flow but in terms of map design I just think they are objectively well designed maps. In terms of flow though payback has pretty bad flow the upper floor of the house on payback IS WAYY to tight they should have made the house just bigger imo atleast the second floor should be way bigger. Forgot to mention your maps you put at the bottom are spot on. Lowtown is absolute garbage, same with rewind and redcard just absolute pure shit maps although I dont think scud is THAT bad I would have put scud in like meh or bad. But overall good video.

Scud is a great map, so is subsonic, both are good maps in my opinion. Babylon is not the best map, it's a terrible map, it has zero flow except maybe in domination, it goes under bad maps, maybe even MW2019 bad as there don't seem to be any lanes.

Red Card is the worst map by far. I don’t enjoy the majority of maps. Skyline, Payback, Babylon are probably my top 3 with Subsonic being honorable mention
